Registration help:

If you are interested in challenging other players in one of the ladders you will first have to create an user account here. Once you created the account (this procedure might require you to click a confirmation URL contained in the registration notification email) you can join existing ladders by selecting the desired ladder in the dropdown menu and then click the Join this ladder link.

On the Registration form some inputs are required, while some of them are only optional. Your username, password, email and country settings are required inputs, that means that you will have to enter something there. Please note that only "a-z", "A-Z" and "0-9" are possible for the password. The same goes for the username, but additionally these chars are also allowed: « » [ ] = ` ' .Make sure that your entered email address is valid because you will receive a lot of noticication emails about the match and team status, etc. Your email address can be hidden to other users later in your profile settings once you are logged in.

The optional inputs are inputs other users (and also yourself) might benefit from. If you enter an ICQ-number, it will be shown on your profile page (and will be visible for everyone). The timezone setting allow users to find the difference between their local times and those of other players. Also the shown dates/times on the page will be converted to your local time if you are logged in, e.g. the times shown on the match details page or on the profile page of other users ("last login", etc.).

If you entered valid values for the required inputs and click REGISTER you will successfully create your useraccount.

Lost password:

If you cannot log into the system this can have two reasons: you could be banned or simply have lost your password. You can easily check whether you are banned by having a look at the rankings: if you aren't listed there any more, you are most probably banned (e.g. because of too many penalty points). Otherwise you might have lost your password for your account.

For that matter an Lost password link is shown on the login page. If you click it, you'll get to a page on which you will have to enter your exact username. A message will then be sent to the email you specified in your profile with an confirmation url. Once you click that URL, you will get a second email with a generated password. You can then login again and change you password on the "Edit profile" page.
